linux-0.4.11-rc3

All instructions are in the first release of Scarlet's fork.

If you've used the previous releases, you don't need the libraries folder.

Version 0.4.11-rc1 will not be included due to physical errors within the code, would make no sense to upload a fixed version for Linux that doesn't work to begin with.
