Minor additions to refactoring work **DOCX formatting** Add ability to specify table numerical value formatting through the TableFormat class. Add option to add the actual python code using the Equation container
Added a more robust table identification algorithm in the docx exporter. Fixed resetting numbering of tables in appendix
