This will be based off of Flickr.

Wallpapr is a place for desktop wallpaper enthusiasts (Users) to share their favorite wallpapers by creating their own image gallery of their favorite wallpapers. Users will also be able to have a collection of their uploaded images and will be able to comment on other users' profiles.
