edge taxonomy problem

Describe the bug
Edge is not listing taxonomy/phylogenetic analysis even though it says it ran it during the pipeline.
Here is the pipeline flow

Here is overview of results

When I click taxonomy analysis on bottom right this pops up.

When I go to click the directory and click taxonomy there is no drop down menu.

Here is my parameters for the run.
