Bluetooth App Interface

The ELOC is capable of connecting to a Bluetooth device using a serial compatible classic bluetooth interaface (SPP).

By default it is configured, to enable BT on startup. It will automatically shut down bluetooth if unconnected for a certain amount of time (default 60s). It can be reenabled (configureable) by knocking on the ELOC.
