I have added the german translation. The translation is finalized. WIP is the rework on "source"-fields to replace the french text sources with german ones.
I also included ylachgar's spanish translation from pull request #67 and fixed several typos recognized by my RubyMine editor and tested the app as well.
Following your suggestions I've left out the Docker files.
