Feature request: Option for unescaped title

First off -- thanks for the great tool, it saves me a lot of time and headache.
I was wondering whether there is an option to disable the (double) curly braces around Bibtex titles?

Hi.
That is an easy to add option. Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to update.
I will try to squeeze in some time next week because some websites needs to be fixed.

It should be fixed in version 0.906. You can independently turn double brackets on and off for both title and abstract.
