TODO Need to do research on whether existing protocols are close to the Unified Information Model to be adapted for pangaia.
It is not suggested to focus on Voice (VoIP) over the network, but more like a "neurotransmitter network" of text packets propagating across relevant nodes.
Voice should be reserved for person-to-person contacts. The point of the "new internet" is not to supplant human contact in any way but to enhance the idea of a global consciousness.
