Design the Websocket System

This will be a tracker and place to communicate for the Websocket implementation.
I dont like the websocket system too much, and id like to redesign it. Im not sure how i plan to redesign it but ill look at other libraries.

I havent had any time to work on this library so its been pretty dormant, but i was thinking of doing a websocket system similar to how Twilight-Gateway does it where the dev handles most of it (mostly done so its extensible anywhere). Although if you have any suggestions/pr i will gladly take them!
