The `liens` table is pretty big, and the data it contains is currently unused, so it can make sense to skip it.

Stocker dans la base SQLite les "liens" entre articles/textes qui sont présents dans les archives LEGI prend beaucoup de place et génère un grand nombre de requêtes SQL, or ces donnés ne sont actuellement pas utilisées, donc les omettre peut être intéressant.
