Electron Simulation – Release v1.0.0
Initial release of the Electron + p5.js GPR simulation for Project D.A.R.T.A.
Features

  • Receives BLE motion data from Arduino sketch
  • Parses delta movement and visualizes position offset in WebGL canvas
  • GPU-accelerated rendering using p5.js
  • Smoothing and decay options for joystick-like control
  • Modular architecture for future expansion (e.g., terrain mapping, radar sweep)

  • Built with Electron + Node.js + p5.js
  • BLE parsing handled in main.js, visualization in visualizer.js
  • Compatible with Arduino sketch v1.0.0

Either run Node.js with npm i and npm start or install it on the system using the Squirrel installer provided (currently only Windows installer is available). You can also extract the zip to run the app without installation or Node.js, just as a standalone .exe.

  • Run via Node.js:
    npm install && npm start
  • Or install using the provided Windows Squirrel installer
  • Alternatively, extract the .zip and run the standalone .exe — no Node.js or installation required!
