XGBoost project

- This project will using XGBoost model to generate some forecasting and nowcasting dataset

- Mainly will focusing on time series project.

- After creating the model, then need to save the model, for some other reusabiliies.

- Kindly refor the seriealized.py file to see the understand more,

-- It using the pickle format to stores the object to bytes.

-- The limitation using the pickle is slow, dependent on the version and python only.
