This project needs python 3.7 to 3.10 to work. The requirements.txt was thought for a cuda11.3 and python3.7 environment.
To run the environment, clone the repo and install the local package in a virtualenvironment with: PIP_FIND_LINKS='https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-1.13.0+cpu.html' pip install -r requirements.txt(#requirements_dev.txt for testing)
