Currently comments look like they use the standard C# XML format. These comments aren't recognised by Javadoc, so don't work when downloading the documentation through Maven (and thus also don't appear in the IDE for anyone using the Maven library.) This is a shame, as there's reasonably extensive comments here that would be useful to have picked up in the correct way.
This PR thus fixes the issue by transforming these XML comments to their Javadoc equivalent.
