In development we always need to press f5 for reload the page for testing new features, now any change will simply be applied when the files saves. This commit implement a new library called django-browser-reload by adamchainz that detects files changes and reset the server.
Was identified that dependencies was outdated, so i decided to upgrade all packages This commit changes the version of requirements.txt file
For organization purposes, i decide to separate dev from production dependencies. This commit implements a file called requirements-dev.txt that have all content of default requirements but with some extra packages
