Adding the needed updates to convert this package to Elm 19.1.0. The biggest changes were renaming variables so that there wasn't namespace shadowing and the removal of the Trampoline library. I haven't been able to find if Elm 19 handles this case of tail call recursion. I know that it does handle some cases. I have not been able to find any libraries or resources for Elm 19 to use tail call recursion so I take that as a good sign.
