SlicerRadComp v1.2.0 Introducing manual registration
🌟 What's New:
Interactive Manual Pre-Alignment: Introduced a brand-new, safe manual pre-alignment panel. Users can now translate the Moving CT using intuitive sliders before running the automatic registration.
Smart "Auto-Center" for CBCTs: Added a one-click "Auto-Center CTs" button. It calculates the true RAS mathematical center of both datasets (bypassing FOV discrepancies common in Linac CBCTs) and teleports the images to match, automatically jumping all 2D slice views to the new target.
Strict Phase Control: The registration engine now strictly respects user inputs. You can seamlessly run Rigid + BSpline registrations while safely skipping the Affine phase if unchecked.
⚡ Performance & Stability:
Optimized Deformable Registration (BSpline): Re-engineered the BSpline grid (now 5x5x5) and implemented dynamic sampling percentages (2% for Rigid, 1% for Deformable). This drops computation times from ~20 minutes to <5 minutes on commercial laptops while maintaining excellent soft-tissue geometric accuracy.
Foolproof UI & Workflow: Sliders remain safely disabled until a successful Auto-Center is performed to prevent self-registration errors.
🐛 Bug Fixes:
Ghost Node / Close Scene Bug: Fixed a critical bug where closing a Slicer scene (File -> Close Scene) would leave dangling pointers (Ghost Nodes), crashing the manual registration for the next patient.
Structures Visibility Toggle: Re-wrote the "Hide All Structures" logic. It now toggles individual segments via the native Slicer display node, keeping the UI intact, preserving the DVH logic, and preventing the manual sliders from disconnecting.
