Creates more divisions in a SlideFan, allowing smaller blocks to disappear, creating a smoother disappearance.

This is mainly to make the slide disappear less jarringly, with
SlideFans being composed by more, but smaller segments.SlideCheckpoint.StrictCompletionOrderhas been removed, since with double the checkpoints,SlideFans can use the same logic to achieve roughly the same intention as before this change.
