…u8SegementInfoListValueRelativeToURL:(NSString *)baseURL' create M3U8SegmentInfoList object. A M3U8SegmentInfo object's 'baseURL' property define is '- (NSString *)mediaURL',but when init a M3U8SegmentInfo object the 'baseURL' parame is a NSURL object.
