Note, this happens in the old PC port as well.

What's going wrong

In this video, I am just moving the mouse left and right with gaps in between. But the camera is making very erratic movements that don't represent what my mouse is actually doing.

Towards the end of the video, I show what it looks like when my mouse is going a bit less fast, and it looks totally normal.

What should happen

The camera should move smoothly even when the mouse is moving fast.
