Identify similar tools

We probably want to identify any similar tools that are out there to see if we should combine efforts and/or base any features off of existing ones. I doubt there's anything as flexible as what we plan here (i.e., supporting classification with arbitrary metrics like kappa and rho), but we could still find useful inspiration elsewhere.
