Add the option “format SD without adding Essential files” #11

Would be great to have the option to format an SD without having it populated with the (outdated) Essential files.
It will make it possible for people to just add the latest Essential files and (their own) MEGA65.D81 without the hassle of first rename them, adding the new ones and delete the renamed files.

Add info about which card is being formatted to the DELETE EVERYTHING
prompt.
Added option to rescan sdcard bus, to enable changing of cards while
tools is running detection.
Added option to skip SD card population from files stored in cores.
Added option to select slot from where population files come, instead of
always using slot 0.

Tested on mega65r3 boards.
