guest OS in a virtual machine on Fiasco.OC + L4Re.

Step 3) HOWTO.karma-linux - How to build a para-virtualized Karma Linux guest
OS to use with the Karma VMM.


Automated script:

do_setup_and_build.sh - Script to setup, git clone, checkout and build
Fiasco/L4Re with Karma VMM, Linux and Fiasco guest VMs.
