Mass Control Tycoon game files are licensed unter the GPLv3. The files should contain a license statement for GPLv3. In some files comments are not possible. More about GPLv3 in this quick guide.

The node-webkit engine, jQuery, tween.js, pixi.js and the Google closure compiler use MIT licenses like this which are compatible with the GPLv3. External libraries with other licenses have to be compatible with the GPLv3.

Some image folders and sound folders might contain a Creative Commons license, e.g. the web images folder. Note: The CC 3.0 license is incompatible with functional content in a GPLv3 project, more about that here.

Wiki articles are files in the MCT wiki git repository. The wiki files / articles are licensed under the GPLv3 like the MCT game files.

Note: You can add own image files in lib/img/wiki if you have a fork of the MCT repository to link them in the wiki. These files are licensed under the GPLv3 too. Please send a pull request to make wiki links to wiki images in the main MCT repository possible. You can add wiki articles with external image links before that.
