I'm fine with it. vidplace7 technically runs the site, though, so you need his permission for the inevitable bandwidth usage, but I'm the one organizing the collection.

However, our metadata is less than exact - we have archives of mod files sorted per type (client/server/universal/bukkit/misc), version of Minecraft and mod name: due to modularity and letting people browse it via FTP sanely, I have not managed to split mods up per-version.
