This PR makes some tweaks to how pupil centering is done. The parameters for the centering can now be set per-WFS. Other tweaks were made to correct effective wavelengths for seeing (MMIRS has a blue-blocking filter that was not taken into account). The MMIRS spot finding parameters were also adjusted a bit.
