The examples for Jiff were no longer working with recent versions of jiff. For this reason, I fixed the examples such that they now work with the latest Jiff version. I also specified the Jiff version to be used in the Dockerfile. Further, I bumped the node version.
The updated examples now specifically do not use preprocessing, but query the server for correlated randomness. If this behaviour is unwanted, please let me know so I can change the examples.
