Pre-requisites with host machine

Windows 10 Pro edition 64 bit .Hyper-V is not compatible on Windows 10 Home Edition Pack.
Minimum 4GB RAM

1. Pre-configurations

First , check for if the Virtualization is enabled in the host OS. Task Manager -> CPU

Windows 10 Birtualization

If virtualization is disabled , it can be enabled with System BIOS mode as the software has BIOS-level Hardware
Virtualization support with minimum 4GB RAM.

In BIOS screen , Security -> Virtualization = Enabled
Ensure the Hyper-V feature is checked . Search -> Turn the windows feature on -> Check Hyper-V options and Reboot the machine.
