Dotfiles V1.0

"Dotfiles releases" are plain .config and .* files for people who don't need installers and documents.

SO IT DOESN'T OFFER EVERYTHING that is mentioned in official repo and is written in the "Details" table.
Which also means updates are LIMITED and only when there are going to be new apps configs or I had time.
