Chained nots don't work #99

document = Roadie::Document.new "<html><body></body></html>"
document.add_css "body:not(:first-child):not(:last-child) { width:auto; }"
document.transform
# => Roadie cannot use "body:not(:first-child):not(:last-child)" (from "(Document styles)" stylesheet) when inlining stylesheets

I'm pretty sure the issue issue here is chained nots.

Nokogiri 1.6.0, roadie-rails 1.0.3 (roadie 3.0.1).

This is a Nokogiri bug. I tried fixing it before, but maybe it doesn't work like it should. A lot of comments seem to imply that anyway.
