Add Intermediate Operation Attribute

Well, it's a minor inconvenience for me, it would make support for this in analyzers easier.

Describe the solution you'd like
Right now there's a base DataPortalOperationAttribute for all operation attributes. If there were two attributes, RootDataPortalOperationAttribute and ChildDataPortalOperationAttribute, that derived from DataPortalOperationAttribute, and then the root and child operation attributes derived from these new attributes, that would help me (and arguably be cleaner and more precise).
