Downloading CSV of grades - only displays original result #1016

Even if remark results exist, CSV download of grades will only contain the original result. Should contain the latest result completed.

If no remark exists, display original result.
If remark exists but not completed, display original result.
If remark exists and is completed, display remark result.

This is a result of/related to issue #1027.
