Description

For Dreammaker Overlord printer, this is the thermistor definition.
Its similar to a ultimaker 2, i.e. it uses a PT100 sensor with an additional circuit but unfortunately they didn't copy the ultimaker circuit so the table is different.
I used thermistor number 201 since that was the number from Dreammaker's original marlin 1.x fork. I assume because they started from thermistor 20 which is the ultimaker definition.
I updated the table to use the OV macro and also corrected the table since it gave incorrect temp readings. I checked and thermistor 20 will not work.
