My suggestion is for Shop.

This includes features such as authentication, products, basket, orders and payments. My preference is to utilize the microservices architecture and there are planty of example for shops in particular.

Everyone will develop and test their microservice, so it is easy to split the work. We could build something more particular than a simple shop, but that is for another discussion.
