While I don't think this will fix the problem, I'm still +1 for merging this at some point since this is the format as suggested directly by NWS. I'm going to hold off on merging until I do more testing and log collection. |

I can't tell if I'm just getting lucky or not, but after changing the headers I don't get data drop outs
