This is the code for the presentation that I gave on Thursday the 21st of February 2019. It explains the basic workings of make
and the structure of a Makefile
.
It uses the Spectacle, a React.js based library for creating cool presentations. It uses the Spectacle Code Slide extension to highlight and step through the example Makefiles and Spectacle Terminal Slide to simulate running make
and showing the expected output.
This project was bootstrapped with Create React App.
In the project directory, you can run:
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.
The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.
Builds the app for production to the build
folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes.
Your app is ready to be deployed!
See the section about deployment for more information.
