UniPlato React Native Recruitment Exercise

Some Changes:

1-Put Alternative Photo for unavailable ones. 2-Give some shadow for pictures and also change the background color of the body. 3-Add the ability to watch more than limited(200) characters of descruption by clicking on the description and also to hide it after reading.
