This moves sphaxify to the mods folder, so there's only one. All the other gulpfiles etc were deleted and replaced by a config.js for each pack. Calling the _MakePacks.(bat|sh) will now call the makezips task in the root mod folder, but with values such as the patch name from the respective config.json
This closes issue #1
