Describe the bug
Theme colors are not applied to the 'Submit' and 'Cancel' buttons in new post and 'Add' in the manage accounts screen.

The shown theme is Oksolar Dark and text should be red. Occurs with other themes too.

Edit: the edit accounts screen also.
