Steps:

Run test-e2e-chrome-snaps tests with existing iframe / MV2 implementation
Run test-e2e-chrome-snaps tests with desktop enabled and paired to the MV3 implementation
Compare average time required for 1. and 2. and guarantee that 2. is lower than 1.

Acceptance criteria:

Test on different OS
Run multiple snaps (~10 snaps)
Put together a performance report
