Disable ‘Sync with extension’ feature

Description

The ‘Sync with extension’ feature is currently broken due to a discovered security vulnerability from awhile back. Extension team needs to implement the redesign of QR sync flow to enable this feature to work.

Technical Details

[ ] Disable the feature but not get rid of it
[ ] xxx

Acceptance Criteria

• Ensure that the existing UX flow without this feature is still preserved and not clunky (e.g. is there a need to add additional visual engagement?, etc)
