Rename Checkpoint-Formats page to Packing-Formats; add Complementary configs nav group - Checkpoint-Formats-and-Compatibility -> Packing-Formats-and-Compatibility (page file renamed; every inbound link retargeted and retitled). - Sidebar + Home: move Rotations/Smoothing/Norm Tuning and EoRA out of Quantization methods into a new Complementary configs group, with deep links to MSEConfig (mse=) and SmootherConfig in QuantizeConfig-Reference. These configs attach to multiple lifecycles rather than being methods.
Rename GPTQv2 method references to GPTAQ; keep gptq_v2 packed-format naming The quantization method formerly called GPTQv2 is now GPTAQ. Update the page title, sidebar, home index and prose to use GPTAQ only, and normalize packed-format mentions to the canonical gptq/gptq_v2 format strings so the method name no longer collides with the (unrelated) v2 zero-point format.
Add Supported Models page: full MODEL_MAP registry with creators, HF base weights, and definition snippets (through 44f5c0a)
