Welcome to the Chat Support project! This application provides a simple and effective solution for customer support via chat. It allows businesses to offer real-time assistance to their customers, enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

To set up the project locally, follow these steps:

Clone the repository: bash Copy code git clone https://github.com/MohaemdM/chat_support.git

cd chat_support

Install dependencies: bash Copy code npm install Set up environment variables: Create a .env file in the root directory and add the following: bash Copy code DB_HOST=your_database_host DB_USER=your_database_user DB_PASS=your_database_password PORT=your_preferred_port Run the application: bash Copy code npm start Usage

Once the server is running, you can access the chat support interface through your browser at http://localhost:your_port.

Support Agent Login Navigate to /login to access the agent login portal. Enter your credentials to start assisting customers. Customer Interface Customers can initiate a chat through the designated interface on your website or app. Configuration

You can customize the chat support settings by editing the config.js file. This includes:
