Reproduction:

In a round where I was a space ling, I encountered radiation and a scrambler. I got the legion tumor and changed, when I changed I found out that I could not revive anymore.

Unable to reproduce. Was able to successfully revived via revival stasis on 6550 after adding a legion tumor and a large amount of bullets.

Okay, after a time, got converted. Yeah, you get locked into the legion like anyone else. While you could revive, you can't exactly do anything. This is, unfortunately, an intentional mechanic.
