Agreed. A list outlining where people can drop in and help would be useful.
I think this might actually be implemented via the issues mechanism on github. This highlights bugs that need to be fixed, but also areas where things could be added to other platforms.

Window.IsBorderless on Mac - this is covered separately in #1552.

windowed to fullscreen back n forth on opengl last i checked is still a bit buggy
