- Make it the preferred User license (not the preferred Image license) - Update fixtures to get it from the schema - Correctly x-reference fixrues
- Creates and runs migration to update users.license (the license for new users) and images.license to Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike v4.0 (Wikipedia compatible) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ - Adjusts licenses fixture
