Automate production deployment through CI/CD pipeline

Automatic deployments through Github Actions will help us make the deployment process easier and avoid misconfigurations caused during manual deployments by giving us a consistent deployment pipeline.

For deploying into MCP environment, we might need to set up an OIDC identity provider inside MCP account and use IAM roles and short-term credentials in the deployment pipeline for authentication.
