🐛 Describe the bug

App fails during testing on staging VM

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected the tool registry work

Initial bug fixed by restarting Tomcat with Java 11.

New bug found: #97

Update: This was tightly coupled with #97 and fixed. Not an OS issue. Still unsuccessful on staging, but that is because it is not updated to the latest versions of the reigstry-legacy-solr services
