  • feat: Add getphylo to BGC subworkflow
  • feat: Pangenome graph and region of genome plasticity analysis with ppanggolin
  • fix: Support for antismash 6 meme version
  • fix: handle BiG-FAM model without taxonomic assignment
  • notebook: add instruction for BiG-SCAPE cytoscape network loading
  • fix: handle BGC subworkflow bugs
  • Add wiki documentation for using ppanggolin and lsabgc subworkflow
