Query for dbGaP in CDE:

Also Ben mentioned an API to get, for now we can quickly parse the xml for what we are looking for.

The API requires knowledge of the IDs, which we do not have. Unfortunately, the JSON/XML is not available programmatically, as far as I can tell. One needs to interact with the website by hand (clicking "EXPORT") from a search.
